Looking for an experienced window installer

Expected to receive 4 new construction windows in mid June that need to be installed. Looking for a helping hand as the windows require two people. Prefer an experienced window installer and will be paid hourly for labor for the day. Pay will depend on prior experience so please share your thoughts and tell me how you can assist. So that we don't waste each others time, feel free to tell me what rate you expect to be paid and we can determine a mutual contract.
