Responsible for basic maintenance/ grounds work at luxury apartment community. Involves some lite grounds keeping, some painting, no weekend work required. Candidates must reply with resume. Immediate opening. Part time position. 20 hours per week for a 10 week season. Basic maintenance skills a plus.
