Dumped pitbulls desperately need home

Someone dumped these two pit bulls on a road near the ozarks/taney county line. But at least they were kind enough to dump out a large pile of dog food on the side of the road as well. The smaller brown one is female she looks to have had puppies recently the larger black and white is a male he has a slight limp in his front right leg. All rescues are completely full and I have five dogs of my own and live on a farm with a lot of baby animals running around. I simply have nowhere to put them. They are currently in a dog box in the back of my husband's truck pulled into our shop. They are both very very sweet and came right up to us but they are also very terrified at the moment. I'm looking for anyone that can take these dogs in or Foster them until a spot opens up at a rescue.
