150 gallon aquarium w/40 Cichlid Fish

We want to donate our fish tank to someone who is willing to take GOOD care of the tank. It's 150 gallons, there are probably over 40 fish (they keep giving birth) and comes complete with 3 filters, a beautiful black wood stand, lights, gravel, plastic plants, rocks, caves. Even though these are just fish, they have been with us a long time, and we dont want to sell this to some aquarium store not knowing where they will end up. If someone wants this tank, please email me. If 40 fish is too many, we would easily help donate many/most of the newer ones to aquarium stores, but the dozen original ones we had for 6 years we need to know will be well taken care of.
