Looking to make payments on a descent car

I am in need of a vehicle to get to and from work. Is there anyone out there who would work with me on making payment arrangements for a used car. Anyone who has a commuter car they no longer use, or just wants to get rid of a car and help someone in the process. I can mow your lawn over this summer if you need, paint, general labor tasks, etc.
