Seeking Handymen for Make Ready, Painting, Countertop Installation

Need experienced individual. Not a company. Are you vaccinated or had a recent negative Covid test? Do you have your own tools (preferable but not required)? Reliable transportation. Having a truck or van is preferable, but not required. Need to speak and understand English. These are part time as-needed work. I will have additional work in the future as I own several rental properties. I have several tasks. One person may do one or the other or both. 1. Prepping and painting kitchen cabinets with scrubbing pads and foam roller. Painting door, ceiling in one of the rooms and other light repair work. Want to start this job Monday the23rd of May. Paying $20 for this work. At least 8 hours. No experience required but preferred. Braker and Metric area 2. Replacing preformed laminate countertops in kitchen with new preformed laminate countertops. Removing double sink, cutting new countertop, cutout for double sink, putting on endcaps with fabric iron (I have the iron), installing on top of counters, caulking. Maybe covering an 8 ft by 1 foot bar with sheet laminate using contact cement. Paying $25 for this work. Experience required in preformed countertop cutting and installation. Work to be done in the next few months. Parmer and Mopac area. I will be assisting you in these tasks.
