Rehoming my 1 year old dog

Hello all I am rehoming my 1 year old dog. She has problems with her eyes I am not able to afford the care she needs. She is a great dog.she's very good around children. She just had puppies 7 weeks ago. She's not fixed.. Asking a small rehoming fee just to ensure she goes to a good home. Hopefully someone who can afford the care she needs. Thanks ❤️
