Rehoming our 1 year old Great Dane/Pyrenees

We have a beautiful charcoal gray Great Dane/Great Pyrenees (called a Great Pyredane) with striking blue eyes. He is 1 year old on June 16th and a huge sweetie pie, weighing in at about 110+ lbs (estimated, it's been awhile since we've been able to weigh him ourselves). He loves to sit on your lap and is a very calm inside pup. Our backyard is extremely small and he does get the zoomies when he's outside, which makes our small children anxious. He is potty trained and crate trained, but this is about at trained as we've been able to get him. As sweet as he is, he is incredibly hard-headed and can be a huge scaredy cat (a Great Dane trait) and would rather ignore commands than obey them. Someone with experience in leash training and general dog training who can be the leader will be very great with our sweet boy. Rehoming fee includes the XL crate.
