I need someone with time management and multi tasking skills to maintain and upkeep a 5 bedroom house in Lake Forest Duties include cleaning common areas of the house as needed, managing spare room rentals and tenants (private and Airbnb), tending to 1 small cat (world’s cutest Scottish Fold, think puss in boots from Shrek), keeping the front yard and back yard looking presentable, and other miscellaneous house tasks that come up (maintenance issues, etc) If you have another job, you’ll still have time to tend to that. But I need your focus on the tasks listed above as well Room & board will be provided
