Responsible for assisting with the operations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs of all buildings, grounds, maintenance equipment for assigned property. Must have ability to complete both work orders, vacant unit turns, assist with pool upkeep, and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
