Hello- I am a real estate investor and licensed General Contractor who remodels single-family, residential houses in OC and LA. We make the houses completely turn key and move in ready. My construction crews are good, but they sometimes are messy and when they finish the full renovation, the home still needs a person with an attention to detail mindset to clean everything and have it prepared for photos. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO GET THE HOUSE READY FOR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS. So you need to know what looks good and what does not look good from a buyer's viewpoint. I have 17 houses right now and I am looking for a steady long term person to help. For instance your job could include but not limited to: -Home Depot Runs -Mulching -De-weeding -Minor Caulking -Haul minor debris and trash -Pouring Draino in sinks -Install Wall Mounted Mailbox -Seal leaking faucet or drain -Fill any cracks/holes with foam or silicone/caulk Basically, you will need to be a handy man but more importantly- you NEED to know about real estate and how to present a house to buyers.
