Dishwasher Backs Up into Kitchen Sink

Hello, My kitchen sink is not draining like it usually does and now the dishwasher is draining back into the sink. This is a new problem. We tried liquid drain cleaners but that has not worked at all. I'm looking for someone that understands this type of issue and can fix it. I also have a bathroom faucet that is leaking out of the handle, a toilet seat that is loose, and a few light bulbs to change. Getting this kitchen sink gig done today (Saturday) is a priority on my "honey due" list. Pay is $30/hour, but I will pay a $100 minimum.
