Warehouse Packing Person - Full Time, $16.50 hour, Benefits, No Weekends/Nights Cobra Carbide has been in the carbide cutting tool manufacturing business since 1989 catering to defense, aerospace, medical automotive and industry. Our facility is located in Riverside CA and we are looking for a full-time Picking/Packing person to assist in the picking, packing, labeling and shipping of our sales orders. Job Description: This position is full time in the shipping/logistics area of the warehouse including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, labeling, inventory accuracy and cycle counting. The focus of this position is to provide shipping services to the client with their parts and inventory needs including: receiving stock, issuing materials, locating and verifying inventory by utilizing all resources necessary to perform this function. Duties and Responsibilities include: - Shipping and receiving freight via UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers. - Picking, packing & labeling, orders for shipment. - Use of Pallet Jacks - Performing physical tasks - lifting up to 50 lbs. - Maintaining, cleaning and keeping warehouse and work areas clean and organized. - Ability to multitask and perform duties with accuracy. Experience/Qualifications: - No experience required, but prefer some experience in a warehouse-based environment; will train the right person. - Self-Motivated and works well in a team environment, MUST BE RELIABLE - Able to work with a diverse group of employees - Fast learner This is a full-time position working 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
