3 Jobs, two locations: Landscaping/Powerwash in SE. Moving in Canby

Two jobs (or 3?) jobs offered for different people: A-One is landscaping and power washing in SE Portland/Milwaukie area. It’s 5 hours work for $150. Must have power washer. Important B-I also need someone to finish trim inside house—so mud and sad and paint trim which is already installed! And paint a garage door. This is $30/hour. I have ongoing carpentry work at 30/hour. Job C (also today) is in Canby off Hwy 99. I need 1-2 people to help sort and move things from a house into a Pod. This could be good for two people. Involves some lifting furniture, staging and also CLEANING house. This will take 1 to 2 days and I have ongoing work for right people. *This pay is $28/hour and I need 5 hour min commitment. If you have a truck and/or trailer hitch I have trailer. Need to do a dump run, if possible also. Note: I can’t work with people who are drinking or on drugs. That’s a deal breaker. I need on going help with a few properties for people who are not flakes.
