Seeking midday helper to pack household items

Looking for midday helper pack household items into boxes. Shifts will be 2 hours once or twice per week probably for 3 weeks. Helper must be able to lift boxes up to 35 lbs, carry them down eight steps and place them gently into a vehicle. Workers should appropriatly accept verbal (or wrtten) directions and to write short box labels. Worker may handle a limited number of fragile glass items. Worker will perform occasional light clean-up tasks such as dumping trash/recyclables into residential bins, dusting, washing items and sweeping/vacumming.
