Please help if possible

My dog baby girl recently had a stroke a few days ago. & she is only 7 years old and I'm trying to help rehabilitate her to learn how to walk again so that she can have a little more life before it's her time. However trying to do this on my own is extremely hard, due to her being so heavy because she is a bullmassive. I'm trying desperately to get together the supplies I need to properly teach her how to walk again and there is this Harness thing they use for a dog that can't walk. That I need to get her, but I don't have the $50 to get it and I just can't lift her anymore. So I guess I'm asking anyone out there that would have any leftover supplies from rehabilitating a different dog to learn how to walk again, that I could use, or if somebody may have a cash donation to help me get the harness to help teach her to walk again. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if someone out there might be able to help... Thank u from the bottom of my heart to anyone interested in helping her to recover.
