I am in search of desperately needed family law attorney services. My son has 3 young children being manipulated, mentally abused by maternal aunt, maternal family and DHS in Klamath Falls. The kids are in Josephine county with maternal aunt who is their “foster parent”. The mother lost custody due to 2 charges of assault on a child, 1 from Nov. of 2020 where she and her ex-boyfriend used a belt on a 4yr old causing lacerations and bruising to his back. The second charge in September 2021 resulted when she struck her 7yr old daughter in the face with her cell phone. The children are being groomed by the maternal family, and their abuser to give testimony that will help her regain custody. The father has exhausted his finances trying to get custody and fighting multiple fraudulent charges against him by Klamath County. These kids were not protected at all by the county or DHS until the 2nd assault when they were removed from the abusive mothers custody. There is evidence of negligence and perjury, by DHS, law enforcement, and more in Klamath county. Please help. The mother was also charged with witness tampering. Please call , or
