Hiring for jazz/modernist/classically trained drummer for a duo

Hello! My name is Syd and I'm in the market to hire a drummer for gigs. Within all the various and sundry styles that I do, I'm really wanting to focus on these instrumental pieces arranged for drums and electric guitar (about 15-20 minute set). What I'm looking for is someone who can play in 3, 5, 6, 7, 12s. Even though I don't have many tunes where 5/4 or 7/8 are played as the main time signature but tuere is one that it plays those in parts. If you can read notation that would be a major plus for both of us. A sense of improvisation is also major plus! I have music written out, but to estabilsh a foundation to work around. I'm self-taught in composing and my sense of writing beats is very limited (but still organized). At the moment I can't pay for rehearsals, but once things start working out and I begin to book performances you will be payed for your hard work!
