Man it's a struggle to find reputable business minded individuals who actually read the ad and need help finding a steady stream of new customers. I advertise a local newsletter and customers call needing help with small jobs. Prices of jobs advertised are from $40 and $50 grass cuts, $300+ yard clean-ups, $100 to $200 pressure washing and $50 to $100+ cleaning. gutters. Average job is around $200 but we do $500+ jobs every week! I get about 15 to 20 calls per week. (I can get over 30 when I got enough good people to send them to) I expect a 35% kickback for my services when jobs are completed. I need someone who can follow instructions and take the customers from A to Z. 1. Call and Text the customers back immediately (within an hour) when I send them and show up for the estimate on time that you schedule with your new customers. 2. Give a fair price and schedule the jobs. 3. Complete the jobs and collect payment. 4. Send me the kickback $ for helping. The more kickbacks I get, the more customers I will send you. Just being honest. Potential for you to make $1000's every week even after my kickbacks! I'm not a big company. There is no sign up stuff. I'm just a local guy who has been in business over 10 years helping entrepreneurs find work. I'd like to send you some new customers and see it you got what it takes or not. We'll figure that out real quick! I'm hoping this will weed out the losers who don't read and just throw there name and number on every ad they see that says landscape on it.
