1 year old pitty

I have a pitty I’m needing to find a new home for. He’s up to date on shots but will need a rabies up date in the next 6 months I believe. I have his vet paperwork with the exact date for his rabies. Unfortunately I did lose the tag though it was on his collar and one day it wasn’t and haven’t found it since. He is fully potty trained and kennel trained. He sleeps in his kennel at night but will let you know first thing in the morning when he has to go and through out the day. He also stays in his kennel when we’re gone. He is great with kids of all ages I have 3 4 and younger and he’s always been great with them. He’s good with cats and other dogs of all sizes. He knows leash manners but will need a reminder as I haven’t been able to walk him lately. But usually after 2 reminder walks he’s right next to you. He knows sit and lay down. The only downfall is he does need to be neutered. We were told to wait until 18 months to let him finish growing and since we didn’t have any females that wasn’t an issue for us. If the post is up he is still available I won’t respond to emails just asking if he’s available. I would also like to know about where he is going to make sure we find the best fit for him. So in original email please include if you rent or own, any other animals in the home and if they are spayed/neutered or not.
