I need a few things done by the RIGHT person - someone experienced, somebody legitimate, and someone RELIABLE… so many people who don’t return calls, show up late, or simply don’t show up at all. Blows my mind. 1) This project is strictly for LABOR: I am having a pre-cut/prefabricated 12‘ x 16‘ shed delivered at the end of the month. It requires assembly. It also requires roofing shingles to be installed when complete. The treated, engineered wood siding is factory primed and ready to paint or can have siding placed on it to match my house. it is going in my backyard on a section of the property that is pretty flat and pretty level, though I have a ton of 15“ x 15“ paving stones to use as levelers.
