Paint/Fix my elderly parents railings

My parents are in their 80's and I haven't been home to see them for a long time. They still live in the house I grew up in. Last week, I sent them an Amazon package and I got a picture from Amazon after delivery. It showed the package on my parents porch and I could not believe how rusty and sad the blue railing has become. There's seems to be more blue paint on the brick wall than the railing. I'm looking for somebody with skills to go over and paint the railing blue again... or if you think it needs to be replaced... that's good too. All I need is an estimate, and I'll get my cheap ass brothers to pitch in and we'll make it happen. I can pay via Venmo or Paypal or whatever. Obviously you'll have to go over and take a look at it. I'll give you the address. My dad can be a cantankerous old bastard but my mom is quite pleasant. I'll be very appreciative and I thank you in advance for your efforts. You can consider it a good deed too.
