General Maintenance (several open positions) $17 per hour straight time, $25.50 overtime Ossining, NY Hours: 7:30AM – 4PM General grounds-keeping, lawn-care, watering of flowers and greenery, basic inside cleaning of common areas, painting, varnishing and minor furniture repairs. Light Assembly Technician (several open positions) $17 per hour straight time, $25.50 overtime Chappaqua, NY Hours: 7:30AM – 4:00PM Assist with light assembly of mechanical parts, minor painting and repair. All work is inside. Ample free parking. This position is temporary-to-permanent.
