Handyman, caretaker for odd jobs at an apartment building and home. Yardwork, spread mulch, trim shrubs, small paint jobs, change light bulbs, organize a garage, general maintenance. The "To Do" list changes constantly. Must have your own tools. You can make your own hours. This is not full time. No drugs or alcohol. $35 an hour.
