A party for preservation at President Lincoln's Cottage! Lounge on Lincoln’s lawn, sip bourbon and enjoy live bluegrass music on Saturday May 21 and Sunday May 22 for our seventh annual Bourbon and Bluegrass event! All proceeds from the event go towards preservation efforts at President Lincoln’s Cottage. Help us keep this historic gem open and available to share Lincoln’s untold stories. TICKET INFORMATIONGeneral Admission (Adult, 21+): $80.00 General Admission (Ages 7 – 20 or non-drinkers/DD): $35.00 General Admission (Child Ages 0 – 6): Free Each General Admission ticket includes: An afternoon of live bluegrass music from local musicians Two drink tickets for bourbon cocktails (21+ only, ID required; additional drink tickets available for purchase during event)Bourbon tasting Beer tasting courtesy of City-State Brewing Co. Exterior preservation tours of Lincoln's CottageUnlimited non-alcoholic beverages, more food options available for purchaseActivities such as: beard grooming station brought to you by The Barbers of Hell's Bottom, lawn games by DCFray, and more!All proceeds from the event go toward preservation efforts at President Lincoln's Cottage; all sales are final. For questions regarding our ticketing policies, email: [email protected] LINEUPEVENT DETAILSGuests will be able to sign up for exclusive exterior preservation tours of President Lincoln’s Cottage with Senior Preservationist, Jeff Larry, at no extra charge. Spaces are limited, and sign-up will be the day of the event. Attendees are allowed and encouraged to bring their own picnic blankets and chairs to the event. Food will be available for purchase during the event. We're excited to feature delicious offerings from: Timber PizzaRocklands BarbequeGoodies Frozen Custard & TreatsOutside alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted. Smoking is NOT permitted. Unused drink tickets will NOT be refunded. PARKINGParking onsite is limited and only available with purchase of a parking pass. Parking passes are available on a first come, first serve basis, for $10 when you purchase your admission ticket. Guests are encouraged to walk, bike, use public transit, taxi, or rideshare to the event.  NOTE: If you have not purchased a parking permit, you will have to park on the street. No day of parking services will be available. The music, tastings, and games will take place outside on the grounds of President Lincoln's Cottage. When possible staff and visitors will maintain 6-feet of social distancing to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure. Armed Forces Retirement Home President Lincoln’s Cottage is on the grounds of the Armed Forces Retirement Home. Security for the Armed Forces Retirement Home requires visitors to show valid identification at the security gate in order to enter the property.  Please be prepared to show your ID. Exploring beyond the boundaries of President Lincoln's Cottage is not permitted and results in trespassing on federal property. Pets are not allowed on the grounds. Agreement Please note that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Choosing to visit President Lincoln’s Cottage, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. By completing this transaction, you agree to wear a mask at all times, maintain social distancing, and observe all posted guidelines.
