Tangles, Brews, and Peek-a-Boos is an in-person Zentangle workshop at Brewer's Art Tavern in Highland, Maryland. Come on out for some Tangles, Brews, and Peek-a-Boos! In a fun and relaxed format, we will tangle on a fun tile shape, that I like to call the 'Peek-a-Boo'. The Peek-a Boo shape offers many possibilities, but what we will do is use the 5 sections of the tile to explore at least 5 new tangles. Then we will create a coordinating square tile, by combining them. The square folds up all cute and snug inside of the Peek-a-Boo, and can be sealed shut with a removable seal (and you can tangle the seal too!). Together it makes an adorable little Zentangle ensemble! The fee for this class includes the 2-hour workshop, one kit, and a drink voucher good for a brew, a wine, or a non-alcoholic option. The kit contents are listed below and gives you a Peek-a-Boo to use during the workshop, and a couple to take home. Additional kits are available for purchase both in advance and on-site for $10. Your kit will have everything you need to fully participate, but please feel free to BYOS (bring your own supplies) if you want to have something additional on hand for filling, adding color, or sparkle. This class is appropriate for anyone who has had an introduction to the Zentangle method, but if you have any questions about class content, please feel free to contact me. Feel free to come early to Brewer’s Art Tavern in order to enjoy drinks and a snacks before we get started.
