Aggressive dog, need help

I have a 3 year old German Shepherd mix that is human aggressive. He is very protective of his people and will bite people that come onto the property or even guests. I'm at the point of needing to rehome him if I can't find someone to care for him until September as I'll be fishing in Alaska. He's my everything. I thought my boyfriend was going to watch him but that fell through. If anyone can help or know where I can go for help. If I had the $4500 I would board him in a training program while I was away. I'm not leaving for a month. Just desperately looking for help or a home for him.
