Searching for small dog trained to use litter box or pads

I am disabled and cannot always walk the dog outdoors, so ISO a dog trained to go indoors at least sometimes. Would prefer a dog that likes a lot of attention, is comfortable walking around in public or riding in a carrier, and does not mind being bathed often. I am only looking for dogs that are free. Thanks.
