Meet Neo! He's the sweetest dog ever but has a skin condition we cannot figure out! Vets said it's allergies to fleas. Google said a dander allergy according to his breed. We're lost and desperate! We've treated our yard and house several times. We treated him several times. He's literally scratching himself to death! We're looking for a shelter or organization that will bring him back to life.
