Starting pay is $18/hr and quickly goes up as long as you are learning and have a great attitude. We also provide end of the year bonuses, and incentivized bonus/reward program that runs all year, random gifts for hard work, career advancement, in depth training, and incredible mentorship from our lead technicians and amazing production manager. Our schedule for this coming season will be four days on and three days off for all technicians with the choice to work more if wanted/needed. Job Duties Include: Working on ladders and at heights
Amazing customer service
Driving work vehicles to and from job sites
Cleaning windows flawlessly
Using safety equipment
Operating boom lifts
Pressure washing
Roof cleaning
Soft washing
Gutter cleaning
Holiday light installation
Keeping shop space clean and tidy

Over the past 4 years we have been lucky to have rock climbers, skiers, snowboarders, skateboarders, mountain bikers, and even professional white water kayakers work and enjoy a ridiculously good company culture in our shop, our trucks, job sites, and company socials. This work ethic has helped us grow and now we are able to sponsor the Baker 542 Ride special olympics team so they can get outdoors just like we all want to. Which means our company is a well oiled machine working full circle to get everyone involved into the sports and activities they love. Last year we added four vehicles to our fleet and multiple management positions. As we proceed to become the largest exterior cleaner in northwest Washington, more higher paying positions will continue to open up.
