We have a position(s) available for several tasks at our violin shop in Maynard. There’s picking-up and delivering, and also helping with the instruments--cleaning, reshelving, etc. In addition--or for a second person--we also need someone for customer service, and data entry. The deliveries require a car—you’d get mileage reimbursement. The data-entry and customer service require very strong attention to detail, skill with Excel databases, and an engaging manner with customers. Some knowledge of stringed instruments is a plus, but not required. We are a woman/minority-owned business; minority candidates are encouraged to apply. The work is 15-25 hours per week, with a somewhat flexible schedule; and it’s possible to work remotely for part of it. While this is for the summer, there is a possibility to continue into next fall and beyond. $18/hr with mileage reimbursement to start.
