$20/Hr We are working on a few houses fixing them up. We are five of us and need another set of hands to help. Type of Work - General home repair and home renovation work like sanding wood, painting, taping, lifting up to 80lbs of cement bags, nailing wood, saw wood, backer boards, cleaning and vacuming. The type of individual - 1. Can work 8 to 6 with 1 hour lunch and 2 additional 15 minute breaks. 2. Can lift wooden blocks, concrete bags, doors, windows, drywall etc 3. Can use a saw, sander, hammer, screwdriver 4. Will not disturb others on the job 5. Can work with little supervision as a helper 6. Drug and Alcohol free - will be asked to take a random test once a week 7. Has reliable transportation to get to the dawsonville, gainesville, cumming area 8. Attention to Detail is important for this job
