Motorcycle ride to support To the Moon & Back Foundation's mission to "Pay it forward today to make a better a better tomorrow!" The motorcycle route will start and end at Sgt. Samuel L. Felton Jr. Central Park (2800 Oakdale Ave., 44052). Riders will unite with community members at the Cookout with a Cause to enjoy food, fun, games, and music! Registration includes: T-shirt, sling bag, hearty barbecue meal, snacks, and water/non-alcoholic beverages. Route: Depart Sgt. Samuel L. Felton Jr. Central Park, Cruise down Martin Luther King Jr. Street (West 21st Street), Turn right at Leavitt Road, Cruise to East Erie Avenue, Cruise pass Lakeview Park, Cruise downtown Lorain, Return to the Park. Waiver, Release, and Indemnity: I, the registered participant, desire and agree to participate in the event described above being hosted by To the Moon & Back Foundation, Inc. (TTMAB). I further understand and agree as follows: 1) I am participating without any compensation and shall at no time be considered an employee or independent contractor of TTMAB and TTMAB will not provide insurance coverage for me; 2) I know of no reason, medical or otherwise, that would prevent me from performing the tasks required to participate in this event; 3) I assume all risks of participating in this event and full responsibility for my conduct and actions, including any injury to myself or others or damage to property that may result while volunteering, and I understand that TTMAB is not responsible for conditions that I create myself or those created by other volunteers or participants; 4) I, binding my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify TTMAB, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers, from and against any and all loss, damage, expense or cost (including attorneys fees) of any kind for injuries (including property damage, personal injury, disability and death) arising out of this volunteer activity, whether caused by the negligence of TTMAB or otherwise. I (and parent/legal guardian if volunteer is under age 18) have carefully read this release and understand and agree with all of its terms and conditions. Media Release: By attending Cruising with a Cause! held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, you hereby grant permission, release, and clearance for To the Moon & Back Foundation Inc. (TTMAB) and its designated third parties to use any images and/or sound captured through the use of video, photography, digital camera, and/or other media to be used solely for the purposes of TTMAB and/or its designated third parties for promotional material, and/or publications, and you hereby waive any rights of compensation or ownership, thereto.
