small package found on the side of hwy 101

On Friday 5-20-22 around noon A package roughly 5"*7"*2". The contents appear to be a small plastic cover? Or maybe a mount (please refer to the images for I have no idea how to describe the contents. This was found on the north side of the hwy 100 near joslin rd
