I am looking for a pool and spa technician and need to hire ASAP. This job entails a tech servicing my customers' swimming pools and/or spas on a weekly basis. This means: skimming the pools of debris, brushing and vacuuming the pools when needed, checking the water's chemical levels and adjusting for what is needed, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, checking all pipes and valves for leaks, etc. Candidate MUST have own vehicle (pickup truck or SUV preferred but not mandatory) but I will supply all equipment and chemicals. Previous pool maintenance experience is strongly preferred but I'm willing to train the ideal candidate if pool cleaning experience is lacking. I want hard-working people who do things the right way every time; you’ll be rewarded for great work with bonuses and paid time off when the temperatures cool off. Laziness is not tolerated at all. *Please note: this is an OUTSIDE job and it will be extremely hot in the late spring and summer. This is the busiest, most crucial time of the year for this job and you’ll need to work your shift week in and week out. Getting time off in the summer is not an option, so if this is going to be an issue, do not bother applying.* This position will be full-time right from the start but I'm also looking for at least one part-timer, but my company is rapidly growing, and the position will quickly evolve into a full-time position within a month or two.
