Hi All: 1) i’m looking for a handyman who has background working with siding that can potentially repair some areas of rotting siding on a rental home that we own. Take a look at the pictures and tell me if this is something you think you can repair, so that it looks cosmetically consistent somehow and done in a not-too-expensive way? 2) also need a bid to replace /repair the cement on the short walkway to front porch seen in last pic.
