Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: May 17, 2022 BOSTON, May 17, 2022— Suffolk prosecutors on Monday arraigned a Sharon man on assault and weapons charges stemming from a domestic violence incident at South Station on Saturday, District Attorney Kevin Hayden said. JOSEPH DEFILIPPO, 35, was charged in Boston Municipal Court Central with carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possessing ammunition without a firearm identification card, assault and battery on family or a household member, firearm violation with a prior drug or violent crime cpmvocto, recovery of stolen property over $1,200 and recovery of stolen property under $1,200, and possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute.
