NEEDHAM, MA — A man accused of exposing himself to a teenager near a Needham middle school is in police custody. Rostislav Matveev, 36, of Needham, was arrested Wednesday by police on a warrant charged with open and gross lewdness. Police say they were able to arrest Matveev after an investigation into a report stating that he had exposed himself to a teenager near Pollard Middle School around 2:30 in the afternoon Friday, May 13. According to police, the man did not attempt to entice the teen but did expose himself near the grounds. Matveev will be arraigned Thursday in Dedham District Court.
