Need a small roof torn off, sheathing, and then shingled. I'm listing exactly what I need, because I know roofers sometimes do things differently. Tear off is two layers of asphalt shingles, and then, sadly, a layer of cedar. Two stories up. I'll buy the dumpster, you tear it off and clean it up. Decking is leaving the original decking, and cover it with 1/4 inch OSB. Decking is the old 5/4 boards, there's just 1/4" to 1" gaps between them, so a thin layer of decking is needed. Underlay with two bottom rows of ice shield, and then a row up each side. Cover the rest in tar paper, and then drip edge. Then the 6.5 squares of shingles. I'll buy them and have them delivered.
