Intro to Trapeze Yoga Workshop Interested in trying trapeze yoga? Grab a friend and join us for a Saturday afternoon learning the basics of trapeze yoga while still enjoying a quality class and some good relaxation at the end! This is a great way to test the waters or just have a really great afternoon doing something a little different! This class is designed for complete beginners and no skills or experience are required! Three date options! Note: Unlimited members, this is very similar to the Intro to Trapeze you already have on the schedule.
