The HOPE Fellowship is an executive leadership program for outstanding Latina professionals who, through increased competence in national and global economic and security issues, are in a position to make urgent and long-lasting improvements in the lives of Latinas in the United States and all communities. "It's an honor to join the outstanding 2022 HOPE Binational Fellowship cohort of Latinas from across the U.S and Mexico," said the Councilwoman.
