**FOUND DOG** Hello everyone! So, someone found this baby on 395 somewhere north of tri cities a couple months ago. They looked for the owners but didnt have any luck.. My dad and I took her from the people that found her. We are big time animal lovers and would like to continue looking for this babys family. We know if it was our baby we would not stop looking. If we do not find the original owners we will keep her. But if she has someone out there missing her, we want to reunite them! Must be able to provide proof of ownership.
