Need flooring installation help both carpeting and LVT install

I have a rental that needs flooring replaced. I need about 420sqft of LVT installed with the current laminate torn out. I need about 560sqft of carpeting and pad installed with the previous carpet and pad torn out. The base trim will also be a part of the job for the LVT install. For LVT, I will supply the floating tiles. For carpeting, I would like to deal with someone who is an independent installer who can get remnants at a great price for 560sqft area (or 62 yards). I am more concerned about cost and am open to many styles and colors.
