General Facilities Maintenance worker needed for South Beach Restaurant/Night Club. Must be knowledgeable in all construction skilled trades to include but not be limited to: HVAC, drywall, plumbing, electrical. Resp include preventative maintenance of all restaurant equipment, maintaining facility up to code. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.
