Material Ordering 2. Equipment Management 3. Project scheduling 4. Oversight and Safety 5. Financial accountability 6. Buyouts 7. Sub-contractors Management 8. Inspections Management 9. Quality Control 10. Work in a fast-paced environment 11. Multi-task effectively 12. Maintain attention to detail 13. Oversee Multiple near to each other Projects 14. Report weekly and be accountable The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
