Bootcamp w/ Josh and Brie at 830a Bootcamp w/ Leo and Manny at 930a Bring your own mats and dumbells if you have them, equipment will be limited on a first come, first served basis -- this will be outside. Dress accordingly. Hydrate accordingly. Will have limited memberships offerings. Will have free prizes and more! With $20 payment you are allowed to use our body comp machine which shows numerous details thats happening inside and outside the body. If you sign up for one of our memberships which will only have 100 spots available that $20 will be credited towards your initiation fee. Come out and enjoy!
