Nonprofits are good at creating impact and engagement in the moment, but often fail on the follow-up. Learn how to develop an implementable plan to engage supporters who are new to your organization. Note: Lunch options have changed for our Nonprofit Connect Series. In an effort to help support the cost of lunch, there is the option of a $10 lunch ticket that includes a boxed lunch from Panera or a free ticket that allows you to bring your own lunch. Soft drinks and water will be available for all attendees. Refund requests for paid lunch tickets purchased for this event must be made prior to 10 AM on on Monday, June 6, 2022. About our Presenter: Tommy Blackmon is the founder of Nonprofit Transformation, Inc., a consultancy that serves nonprofit organizations by coaching their leaders in raising the funds they need to thrive. As a frontline fundraiser and as fundraising counsel, Tommy has helped raise millions of dollars in charitable giving and has trained numerous boards and hundreds of individual board members. He was formerly the director of advancement at one of the largest K-12 schools in SC where he led capital fundraising, annual giving, finance, marketing, and strategic planning. Tommy was board chair for Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, SC (HFHGC) during their highly-successful, first-ever capital campaign and served on the campaign leadership team. He is now an emeritus member of the HFHGC board and currently serves on the boards of the Associations of Fundraising Professionals – Piedmont Chapter, Mill Village Ministries, and the Nicholtown Child and Family Collaborative. He is a Riley Fellow of the Diversity Leaders Initiative at Furman University.
