Apply Here: Night-Time Cleaner/Day Porter Job Description: Responsibilities- • Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed • Adhere to detailed Site specific cleaning task list • Manage upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and garbage cans • Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders • Remove garbage and recycling daily • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests • Ensure exam rooms and restrooms are maintained and fully equipped • Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers • Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary Skill Requirements- • 2+ years janitorial experience • High school diploma/GED highly desired • Ability to successfully complete industry technical and safety training courses • Reliable transportation • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Capacity to take direction • Strong attention to detail • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
