Narcan (naloxone ) saves lives! Opioid overdose deaths can be prevented! Narcan (naloxone) will be available at no cost after the class. Please plan to attend this in-person training on Tuesday July 19, 2022 at 3:00 PM. We meet in the SafeHouse Sanctuary located at 2101 Hamilton Road Columbus, GA. This presentation includes training on addiction and opioid use disorder (OUD), harm reduction, opioid overdose symptoms, Narcan (naloxone) information and use, Georgia’s 9-1-1 Medical Amnesty Law, fentanyl/counterfeit pills, and proper disposal of medications.Nasal Narcan and injectable naloxone kits will be available at NO COST after the training.
