BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently. Britny Foxx Adjutant, 32, of Ballards Ridge Road in East Wakefield on two felony willful concealment charges. She was accused of acting in concert with and aided by Meghan Whitten to steal merchandise from Walmart in Portsmouth on Aug. 3, 2021, the indictment said. Twice before, the indictment stated, she was convicted on theft charges in 2017 and 2020. Joel Mora Aguilar, 33, of Dena Drive in Louisville, Kentucky, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of working in concert with Dijorys Rodriguez Calderin and-or Yuneski Perez Perez, according to the indictment, to steal 132 bottles of perfume from Ultra Beauty in Seabrook on March 2. Richard Edward Avila Sr., 73, of Edward J. Roy Drive in Manchester on three aggravated felonious sexual assault and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling and kissing a child between Jan. 1, 2018, and Oct. 19, 2021, in Derry. Justin Best, 23, of Atlas Place in Londonderry on two negligent homicide-firearm, two manslaughter-reckless, and reckless conduct-firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing and firing a .38 caliber Taurus revolver at another person and killing them on Nov. 22, 2021, in Derry. The indictment accused Ethan Babb of acting in concert with Best by leaving an apartment and not rendering aid or calling 911 for 18 minutes. Anthony Bizzocchi, 42, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of entering and shifting forward a Chrysler Town and Country van, owned by another person, which constituted a substantial step toward stealing the vehicle on Feb. 20 in Portsmouth. Michael Blye, 28, of Mountain View Road in Deerfield on possession of methamphetamine and three felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges — two revolvers and a Kal-Tec 9 mm pistol on Jan. 27 in Deerfield. Justin B. Digaetano, 32, of Cumberland Avenue in Portland, Maine, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a mountain bike from Papa Wheelie's Bicycle Shop in Portsmouth on Aug. 6, 2021. Mark DiPaolo, 45, of Loring Boulevard in Plymouth, Massachusetts, on felony drug enterprise leader charge. He was accused of working with James Towne and others to sell and-or transport methamphetamine in Salem. Mark S. Foster, 30, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Epping on Jan. 2 after being convicted twice before on theft charges. Jonathan L. Fuller, 37, of Francestown Road in Greenfield on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2012 Subaru Forester and driving it recklessly and speeding on South Main Street in Derry on Nov. 3, 2021. Christopher L. Goodman, 48, of Starling Street in Keene on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Salem on Dec. 19, 2021, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV and failing to give information to an officer. Eric Guerriero, 32, of Raddin Grove Avenue in Lynn, MA, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against another person while stealing items from Macy's in Salem on Feb. 14.
